Lip Dissolve
Lip correction involves using Hyalase to reverse and correct fillers that have gone wrong – whether they have been administered incorrectly or have produced undesirable results. Hyalase is an enzyme that can be found naturally in the human body. It causes the breakdown of the hyaluronic acid used in fillers. Injections of Hyalase dissolve fillers, reversing the effects and allowing corrections to take place. It can be used to dissolve; lumps, migrated filler, unevenness and overfilled lips to reduce them back down to their natural state prior to any lip filler treatments. Using hyaluronidase for corrective purposes is an advanced procedure and requires a patch test prior to having your lips dissolved to ensure safety and no reaction to the enzyme. Once injected hyalase starts to work immediately and continues to so over a 24-48hr period. If wanting to refill the lips with dermal filler after dissolving you must wait 10-14 days.
Lip Filler
Hyaluronic acid (HA) lip filler injections can add definition to the lips and help regain their youthful plumpness. Unfortunately, lip filler can often have a bad rep but it isn’t just good for creating big lips. It is very dynamic when used correctly - the correct amount of the correct product, in the correct lips with the correct technique. Dermal fillers can be injected into the lips to tackle a whole host of different imperfections such as asymmetry, correcting the ratio between the upper and lower lip, to fill smoker lines, hydrating wrinkled lips, and sharpening the cupids bow. This popular and relatively simple and non-surgical procedure is a great option for those who require a quick enhancement for the perfect pout. It is your choice if you desire a fuller lip result or a more natural outcome, amount and type of lip filler will all be discussed on consultation and assessment.

Lip Flip
This is not filler but a muscle relaxing treatment also known as anti wrinkle treatment. Four small injections with a superfine needle are injected just above the top lip to relax the lip muscle, turning (or flipping) the lip out slightly. As a result, when we smile the lip appears fuller and not as thin because the contracting muscle is paralysed and doesn’t pull and curl the lip under causing it to disappear. The lip flip is a subtle but popular treatment that can be a stand alone treatment or often it is combined when having lip filler. It is safe to have both lip filler and a lip flip together on the same day.
